Edward Cole is a billionaire businessman with 6 months to live while Carter Chambers is an auto-mechanic with a year left. Two different men struggling with a terminal illness, complete strangers to each other, and unlikely friends.
Both of them agreed to set out on a road trip to tick off items from their bucket list not knowing that what they are about to do is to find joy in their hearts and give joy to those who they love most.
A truly uplifting and inspiring film, The Bucket List is the kind that everybody ought to see. This is one of the best movies I have ever watched, delivered simply with excellent acting and dialogue but much more importantly, this film showed a clear message about life and mortality.
